01  /  The problem

Great listings deserve better visual marketing.

Brokerages have many listings to market. Traditional property video requires extra coordination, scheduling, and expense—so not every property receives the same level of video presentation.

Northlind is a simpler way to transform existing property photography into cinematic video assets.

02  /  How it works

From listing photos to a clearer perspective.

  1. 01

    Submit

An agent selects a listing and provides the existing property photos, listing information, and any creative preferences.

  2. 02

    Create

Our AI-assisted production workflow transforms the photography into a cinematic property video. Every video is reviewed before delivery.

  3. 03

    Deliver

The finished video is delivered to the agent, ready to post on Zillow, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other marketing channels.

03  /  Built for brokerages

One workflow. More listings brought to life.

Northlind is designed around brokerage-level partnerships rather than isolated one-off video orders. Here's the service model we're building toward with our pilot partners.

  • A shared monthly video allowance for the brokerage.
  • A straightforward submission process for individual agents.
  • Centralized tracking of requests and completed videos.
  • Consistent quality review before delivery.
  • An option to request additional videos when the monthly allowance is used up.

04  /  The partnership

How the brokerage partnership works.

  1. Step 1

    Brokerage subscribes

  2. Step 2

    Agents submit listings

  3. Step 3

    Northlind produces videos

  4. Step 4

    Agents receive finished assets

The brokerage pays a monthly subscription with a defined number of shared video credits. Authorized agents use those credits to request videos.

When the shared allowance runs out, an agent can either:

  1. 1.Request approval from the brokerage for an additional video, or
  2. 2.Purchase an extra video personally at the applicable price.

Additional videos must be approved or paid for before production begins. Pricing is tailored during the pilot—get in touch for a suitable plan.
